The BDS 1687FS 5.5" Radius Arm Lift Kit is designed for 2019–2024 RAM 3500 4WD gas trucks with rear overload leaf springs, offering enhanced performance, improved ride quality, and the ability to run larger tires. This kit blends strength, control, and smooth travel on all terrain types, making it ideal for daily use or trail demands.

Heavy-Duty Radius Arms and Spring Design

BDS includes a set of high-strength tubular radius arms, replacing the OEM stamped arms. These upgraded arms improve suspension geometry and offer long-term durability. The included gas-tuned Pro-Ride coil springs provide a controlled lift and predictable handling across various driving conditions.

Precision Steering and Driveline Geometry

To accommodate the increased ride height, the system incorporates a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket, and a transfer case indexing ring. These components help preserve optimal steering angles and enable use of the factory front driveshaft without causing vibration or binding.

Rear Suspension

The rear of the truck is lifted using fabricated steel lift blocks and extended U-bolts, complemented by FOX 2.0 Performance IFP shocks for consistent rear-end control, load support, and articulation.
