Heavy-Duty Radius Arms and Tuned Coil Springs

BDS replaces the weak factory stamped radius arms with high-strength tubular arms, engineered with OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation and built-in caster adjustability. Paired with gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, the front end remains composed on-road while offering improved articulation off-road.

Correct Geometry for Optimal Performance

At 5.5" of lift, steering and driveline correction are crucial. This kit addresses both with a forged drop pitman arm, HD track bar bracket, and transfer case indexing ring, ensuring the factory front driveshaft operates smoothly. The included HD crossmember strengthens the transmission mounting point and supports proper alignment.

Rear Suspension Setup

A fabricated lift block, extended U-bolts, and a matched set of NX2 Nitro shocks raise the rear to level with the front. You can also upgrade to FOX 2.0 shocks for greater fade resistance and on/off-road comfort.
