Performance Lift Kit Designed for RAM 3500 Gas Trucks

The BDS 1686FS 5.5” Lift Kit is built to transform your 2019–2024 RAM 3500 gas-powered 4WD truck into a capable and confident performer both on and off the road. Tailored for trucks without rear overload leaf springs, this system provides increased ride height, articulation, and comfort, all while maintaining correct steering and driveline geometry.

Built for Strength and Ride Quality

Replacing the factory stamped arms, BDS heavy-duty tubular radius arms come pre-assembled with large OE-style rubber bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation. Combined with gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, the system delivers a smooth and stable ride across all terrains.

Driveline and Steering Correction Included

To maintain factory driveline angles at this lift height, the kit includes a HD crossmember and 15° indexing ring. Paired with a forged pitman arm and track bar drop bracket, the system aligns suspension and steering components to eliminate bump steer and front-end drift.

Rear Lift Configuration

The kit includes fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts, with rear shock extensions to complete the package. A matching set of FOX 2.0 shocks rounds out the suspension, delivering better off-road capability and control.
