The BDS 1683H Radius Arm Lift Kit is purpose-built for 2019–2024 RAM 3500 diesel trucks equipped with rear overload leaf springs and a 6-bolt transfer case. This comprehensive 6-inch lift system gives your truck the clearance it needs for 37-inch tires while improving suspension articulation, on-road ride quality, and off-road capability.

Reinforced Radius Arms and Ride-Tuned Coil Springs

The system replaces OEM radius arms with heavy-duty tubular steel arms, built with OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation and long service life. Caster correction is built-in, and adjustability allows fine-tuning alignment. The diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs ensure smooth, controlled suspension movement across terrain.

Proper Geometry and Factory Driveline Compatibility

With a 6" lift, proper steering and driveline geometry are critical. That’s why BDS includes a forged drop pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, and a transfer case indexing ring, plus a reinforced crossmember to maintain use of the factory driveshaft and eliminate vibration.

Rear Suspension Design

The rear lift is achieved using high-strength fabricated steel lift blocks, extended U-bolts, and NX2 Nitro shocks, ensuring your RAM remains level, capable, and composed under load or off-road conditions.
