Each bracket is fabricated from CNC laser cut steel plate, which provides precise dimensions and the structural strength needed to locate the suspension links securely. The steel is brake formed during manufacturing to create the finished bracket geometry while adding rigidity to the assembly. Once installed with the complete ICON system, the 4 Link configuration helps maintain consistent caster angles as the front suspension moves through its travel. The brackets use a fully bolt on design, so installation requires no cutting or welding to the truck. They are compatible with 2.5 to 7 inches of front lift and require ICON 164501 upper links and ICON 164502 lower links to complete the conversion.
