Each upper link is constructed from CNC machined 2 inch by .188 inch wall DOM steel tubing, providing the strength required for demanding front suspension use. Competition grade PTFE lined FK spherical bearings replace the more deflective bushing arrangement found in the factory radius arm configuration. This bearing design minimizes unwanted movement within the links, allowing suspension inputs to remain more precise and predictable as the axle travels through its range of motion. The complete 4 Link system maintains consistent caster geometry throughout suspension travel and is compatible with 2.5 to 7 inches of front lift. Proper installation requires ICON 164502 lower links along with the appropriate ICON 4 Link brackets for the specific model year, since these components are sold separately.
