The aFe 46-20112 BladeRunner GT Intercooler with Piping Package is engineered to enhance performance on 2011–2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML trucks by improving airflow, reducing heat, and supporting higher boost. The intercooler uses a 2.5-inch bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end tanks that are TIG-welded from 3/16-inch aluminum for long-term durability and heat resistance. Inside the end tanks, Multi-Directional Vane technology helps spread heat evenly throughout the core, reducing hot spots and increasing heat dissipation. The system includes 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping with smooth bends to reduce turbulence and increase charge-air velocity. One NPT port on each pipe, along with four additional ports on the intercooler, allows for sensor or injection system integration without custom modifications.
