Made of specially selected high strength ARP fasteners and matched washers, these bolts help prevent failure of the smaller and failure prone 8mm OEM fasteners employed on the 2017 and newer 6.6L Duramax engines that connect the up pipes to the exhaust manifolds and turbocharger pedestal. In short, having some of these high quality fasteners will ensure proper up-pipe maintenance and ensures longevity.
