The Synergy 3 Inch Pre-Run System is a complete suspension upgrade engineered to maintain factory drivability while allowing for larger tires and improved articulation. It includes progressive wound coil springs built with CNC hot winding technology, designed to deliver smooth compression and rebound under both highway and trail conditions. Lower and upper control arms are made from crush-resistant DOM steel tubing and feature Synergy’s dual durometer bushings with a Teflon-lined bearing surface for long-lasting, maintenance-free operation. A heavy duty front track bar centers the axle and eliminates unwanted movement during suspension travel, while the cam bolt eliminator kit replaces factory hardware for added alignment stability. The rear suspension benefits from a 5-leaf add-a-leaf pack that replaces the stock overload spring, giving a mild lift while softening harsh road feedback. Shock performance is preserved with extended sway bar end links and geometry-correct shackles.
