The Black Diamond canvas is UV protected, mildew resistant, and waterproof, so rain, sun, and damp weather are not a worry for the gear underneath. When you want airflow or a clear view out the back, the rear window rolls up, and it removes completely if you want it gone altogether. The aluminum frame is lightweight enough for one person to operate, so you are not hunting for a buddy every time you need to open things up. You also keep full access to the bed without taking the soft top off, and built in retention straps let you fold the frame and secure it for a long haul. The cover sits flush with your cab for a clean look, and the manufacturer says that aerodynamic design also helps with fuel efficiency. For an owner who wants secure, weather protected cargo and still wants to use the whole bed when the job calls for it, this soft top is a practical answer.

Aluminum Frame And Tinted Vinyl Windows Built For Quick Install And Removal

The Overland Vehicle Systems 70400022 Explorer Soft Shell is a soft top bed cover made for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks with a 6.4' foot bed. It pairs a lightweight aluminum frame with Black Diamond canvas that is UV protected, mildew resistant, and waterproof. The windows are made from 30 mil vinyl with a DOT tint, and the rear window can be rolled up or removed completely to control airflow and visibility. Installation and removal use user friendly zippers and belt rails, which keeps both jobs fast and hassle free. The design is aerodynamic and matches the height of the cab, and the retention straps are built in to fold and secure the frame during long distance travel. The top can stay on the truck while still allowing full bed access. The shipping weight is 68 pounds, and the cover is backed by a 4 year fabric warranty and a limited lifetime structural warranty.

Fitment: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 RAM 2500/3500 with 6.4' Bed

Notes:

Designed for trucks with a 6.4' bed, confirm your bed length before ordering

Rear window rolls up or removes completely

Installs and removes with zippers and belt rails

Built in retention straps fold and secure the frame for travel

Shipping weight is 68 lbs

4 year fabric warranty and limited lifetime structural warranty

Install Instructions

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0738/2279/8108/files/Explorer_Soft_Shell_Web_Presentation_-_Ram_25003500__58251_1.jpg?v=1791389881
https://www.alligatorperformance.com/products/overland-70400022-explorer-soft-shell-2009-2027-ram-2500-3500-6-4-ft-bed
