Upgraded & High-Performance Fuel Lift Pump
Over the last few years, FASS has done extensive research, testing, and manufacturing on their Signature Series Fuel Systems, and their Titanium Signature Fuel Lift Pump is finally here for your 2015-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax Truck. Featuring the FASS Whisper Technology, this system was specifically engineered to decrease pump noise, improve pump life and increase overall pump performance, leaving you with the most reliable aftermarket fuel system in the industry. Moreover, this system is rated at an impressive 165 Gallons Per Hour, which is more than capable of handling up to 900 Horsepower. An advanced machining technique was used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts with the aluminum housing. This eliminates air and vapor from entering back into the fuel along with preventing stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the system. A few more benefits include an improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built-in water separator, and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Diesel engines are known for having injector failure issues, and the FASS Titanium Lift Pump is designed to eliminate those failures.
Mass Flow Return Technology & Bolt-On Bracket Mounts
The FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Lift Pump utilizes a Mass Flow Return(MFR) Technology that's used to continually polish your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine. Any excess fuel that's not yet needed returns to the tank after it's been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water along the way. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned even when it's not quite ready to be used yet, guaranteeing your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible. The installation process for this fuel system has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that utilize your factory bed bolts that secure your truck bed to the frame. Mounting this system only takes up a few minutes of your time, and all of the brackets were made from machined steel for durability, support, and strength. All necessary hardware and instructions come standard with this kit.
