10 years ago when I started my company, I built it on the foundation of unsurpassed customer service. That still hasn't changed and never will. We are parts heavy in our builds and have some of the most experienced builders in the industry, but that doesn't exempt us from failures. We put out 50+ units a month and have a very low comeback rate. But things happen out of our control sometimes — it's how we handle the failures that separate us from the average shop. When people decide to trust us with their trucks and money; it's a huge deal for us and not something we take lightly!
