Alligator was great and shipping was quick. The hitch instructions were great (watch video on website also), everything lined up perfectly. The PROBLEM is they (B&W) shorted me 2 bolts. Very frustrated that I couldn't finish until I drove to town to get them at TSC.

From experience, I can tell you B&W hitches are quality products. We installed this turnover gooseneck hitch on our pickup and are very happy with the quality of the product.

In my opinion B&W makes some of the best towing equipment on the market. This Turnover ball Gooseneck hitch is no exception. Install was easy and only took a couple hours from start to finish. Alligator Performance had the best price and shipping was extremely fast. Defiantly would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their towing experience.

Love the product and got it within a few days of placing my order. Instructions can be confusing with the brackets and diagrams but for the most part easy enough to follow and seemed much easier to install than B&W hitches we have installed in the past. I suggest watching an install video of some sort for the brackets that bolt to the center section but everything else was a breeze. Used it several times in the last few weeks and couldn’t be happier. Also I strongly suggest running bolts into any powder coated threads in the beginning to ease installing them once under the truck.
