2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Helper Springs support the rear of your truck when towing heavy loads pulls it down, especially on F250 or F350 trucks with a lifted or leveled build. Without a new set of helper springs, you are likely to experience some rear squatting issues even before you hitting your GVWR or GCWR. There is not one design for helper springs that is superior, so you can choose kits that better fit your current Ford 6.0L Powerstroke build.
