We use UPS and FedEx when shipping our products.  We try to process all orders same business day, however, processing times can vary so please allow up to next business day for processing.  Due to scheduled UPS and FedEx pick up times we may alternate shipping methods to get out shipments on the next available carrier.  We reserve the right to alternate between carriers at our discretion.  Cut off times for next day delivery are apx. 1:30 p.m. PST, however this may vary depending on availability and any processing delays.  Some items are pre-packaged USPS flat rate and will arrive USPS.  Some shipments may require truck freight due to weight. 

We regularly ship to any state within the Contenential United States.  International shipments and shipments outside of this service area are subject to shipping quotes and approval.  We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund for shipments not covered in our regularly serviced area.   The customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes, fees for International Shipments and any uncollected fees will be charged to customer and can not be refunded.  Customer agrees to this policy by purchasing with Alligator Performance.  All items will be valued at full purchased value. 

We ship same day on most orders.  PLEASE NOTE:  MOST ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" DUE TO THE COST OF PARTS.  A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED AT YOUR DELVIERY ADDRESS UNLESS YOU RELEASE US FROM LIABILITY AND AUTHORIZE DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE.  If a shipment is refused or non-deliverable and is returned to us, customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges and/or may incur restocking fees. 

If an item is on back-order or must be drop shipped from a manufacturer for a special ordered item, we will notify you via email.  

Most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.  If you would like to track your order, please log in to your account for any available tracking numbers.
