Please note, this exhaust is built for 01-10 Duramax trucks, but fits the 07-10 LMM Duramax.  There is one hanger that won't line up at the transmission, it's there to hang the 50 lbs. of DOC & DPF and will not be used, as you are replacing it with 10 lbs of pipe.
