PowerPuck is designed to put no additional strain on the Diesel injection pump. The rotary VP44 injection pump in the 24v Cummins has a preset electronic limit to the amount of fuel it will deliver. Since the PowerPuck is plugged in between the ECU and injection pump, the PowerPuck is programmed to never exceed that limit

What is stacking you ask? Stacking is the use of an inline programming device which remaps the fuel curves and fuel pressure in Diesel engines and a programmer that reprograms the PCM of the vehicle through the diagnostic port. The DiabloSport PowerPuck is an example of and "Inline Device" the DiabloSport Predator is an example of a "Programmer" How does the Stack Work you ask? The Predator PowerPuck installation takes a total of 25 minutes to install. It simply installs under the hood by connecting to the fuel rail pressure sensor and MAP sensor with "Factory style" interlock connectors. The just run the toggle switch throught the firewall for "on the fly" adjustability. Finally install the DiabloSport Predator "Puck Tune" and DRIVE! Larger diameter exhaust is recommended with this "Stack" as EGT's can get reather high quickly with a stock exhaust.
